Project in Algés

We carried out the full renovation of a two-bedroom apartment in Algés, with particular emphasis on modernising the kitchen and bathrooms. The goal was to create more spacious, functional and visually appealing spaces, tailored to the demands of modern living.

In the kitchen, we removed the wall separating it from the living room, creating a more open and luminous environment. This change allowed for the integration of a central island, which, beyond its practical function, brought a contemporary touch to the space.

In the bathrooms, we replaced the existing bathtubs with elegant Italian-style walk-in showers, ensuring greater comfort, accessibility and sophistication in day-to-day life.

Beyond the wet areas, we restored the existing hardwood flooring, bringing back its original shine and quality. Air conditioning systems were also installed across several rooms for year-round thermal comfort, and new flooring was laid on the terrace, enhancing the apartment's outdoor area.

The end result is a fully renovated apartment where every detail was designed to combine functionality, comfort and contemporary design.

Project in Seixal

Renovation of a 3-bedroom apartment in Seixal, with emphasis on the bathrooms and kitchen.

In the kitchen, we installed ceramic flooring and tiling, completely redid the plumbing and electrical system. We made custom-made furniture, according to the client's wishes.

In the bathrooms, we removed the bathtub, installed new floors and coverings, redid all the plumbing and installed a shower tray.

In the other rooms we installed vinyl flooring to make the house warmer and we installed new doors.

Project in Corroios

In this project, we carried out the complete renovation of a kitchen, with the goal of maximising the space and creating a more functional and modern environment. To achieve this, we removed the wall separating the kitchen from the balcony, which allowed us to expand the usable area and integrate a discreet, practical laundry zone into the kitchen space.

New wall cladding and flooring were installed, ensuring a durable and aesthetically harmonious foundation. We also fitted a false ceiling, enabling the creation of a modern and efficient lighting system, tailored to the different zones within the room.

The kitchen was custom-built with close attention to detail and finishes. One of the highlights is the LED-lit wine rack with a glass door, which adds elegance and functionality to the space.

To define the laundry area, we created a partition using slatted panels, ensuring privacy without compromising the aesthetics or visual flow of the space.

The result is a contemporary, well-utilised kitchen adapted to today's lifestyle, where every element was designed to combine design, comfort and efficiency.
