In this basement renovation project, the client sought a clever way to make better use of the unused space in their home. The proposal was to transform the basement into a functional and comfortable environment, integrating an elegant guest bedroom and a modern, welcoming office.
To ensure comfort and aesthetics, we carried out a complete renovation of the space. We installed a false ceiling, which concealed existing pipes and created a base for new light fixtures, coves for LED strips, and curtain tracks. All lighting was automated with an Alexa system, offering practicality and total control to the user.
A custom-made partition was also built, fully clad in slatted paneling, as were the sliding doors, providing a contemporary and sophisticated finish. The project also included the creation of a custom-made office desk, the installation of shelves with built-in LED lighting, and an air conditioning system, ensuring maximum thermal comfort.
The result is a completely transformed basement, ready to receive guests with style and functionality, and equipped with an ideal workspace for everyday use.
